Yes, it's true. I do talk. I don't mind if Walter and Susan use me in their advertising. "They take good care of me, and they'll take good care of you" is true.. .................................................................................................................... Susan prepares all sorts of delicious food for my meals, especially breakfast. I do give her a hard time and insist that the actual presentation of the food to me be done by Walter. You might think that I am not fair, but I just can't help myself. After all, Walter fed me by hand when I was a baby. . ................................................................................................................... But I do learn things quickly. I remember a "shape up or ship out" notice that was given to me a few years ago - by you know who. Well, before long Walter had me singing the first line of "God Bless America" - and that pleased Susan very much. . .................................................................................................................... I do have a lot of fun announcing what should happen next in the kitchen as I watch my people go through their daily routines. It is my job to say "Dinner's Ready" when the evening meal prepared by Susan is ready to go on the table. And if Walter puts the tea pot on in the afternoon, I'm pretty sure he is going to open the pantry door to get a cookie. So just to make sure that he remembers (and I get my piece of cookie), I shout "Cookie".. .................................................................................................................... Walter and Susan are busy with their real estate business. I do hope that I have trained them well to take good care of me and you. When they start to leave our home in a rush - they never fail to come back and turn on the radio for me when I shout as a reminder "Would you like the radio?"
